
The practice of accounting and American council Calvetti Ferguson appointed Steve Valenta as a commercial development officer in his office in Dallas, in northern Texas.
Valenta has more than two decades of experience in commercial development and relationship management.
Its expertise extends with public and private enterprises, as well as investment bankers, lawyers and capital-investment sponsors across the Southwest, said the company.
In the new role, Valenta will focus on the offer of various companies with the company’s advisory and accounting solutions.
Valenta’s responsibilities will understand to engage with business owners, executives and other key stakeholders to present them in full Calvetti Ferguson capacities.
Calvetti Ferguson’s vice-president of business development, Jason Cain said: “Steve’s experience and relationships focused on relations will help us deepen our connections in the region and discover new ways to support Northern Texas customers.

With the appointment, Calvetti Ferguson aims to strengthen its capacity to meet the dynamic needs of the Dallas market.
