Two people were arrested in the death of a child in Ontario over two years ago.
Ontario provincial police said the police responded to a call in the city of Gravenhurst on January 5, 2023, about a child who had suffered “important injuries”.

They say that the child died in hospital two days later.
A 24 -year -old Brampton, Ontario man was arrested and accused of second degree murder.
A 33 -year -old man of Gravenhurst was also arrested and accused of not having provided life necessities.
The OPP continues to investigate with the office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Medico-Legal Pathology Service.
