- Reset Joshua Tree, opening May 2025, is a location of the desert built from personalized shipping containers, focused on design and well-being inspired by its natural environment.
- Hotel Burg, opening the summer of 2025, offers a hotel experience for members, inviting residents and DC visitors to a modern destination in Leesburg, Virginia.
- Nightsky San Luis Obispo, to open the end of fall-end 2025, is a glamping property with 35 design tents, anchored in experiences that promote community strengthening and nature connection.
