Mr. Fabian Grabski was appointed deputy executive director in September 2021 for the health care system VA St. Louis.
Mr. Grabski was previously deputy director of the Medical Center from September 2019 to September 2021. He assumed his role as director of the Associate Medical Center, VA St. Louis Health Care System on June 28, 2015. Before this appointment, he was the chief, facilities and engineering services of the establishment. In this role, he was responsible for operational projects and capital improvement in both divisions. Mr. Grabski managed planning, orientation and evaluation of all engineering and construction service programs. He is a highly sought -after leader, he uses his skills to advise and assess in the selection of equipment, the use of space, renovation, construction and conservation of energy. Mr. Grabski is a veteran who was an adult for the Missouri National Air Guard, after a seventeen-year-old military career, which included a tour as an OEF / OIF veteran. He obtained his baccalaureate in the engineering sciences from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York, and his master’s degree in business administration of the Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois.
