
Rollin Hansen, CEO of 208.properties, was appointed director of the Boisse College of Business and Economics residence. This position recognizes an accomplished framework which is ready to share their ideas and their expertise with the students in an academic setting. As part of this role, Hansen will teach a real estate management course – a new addition to the real estate program offered by the Ministry of Finance. Real estate management implies basic financing concepts, including budgeting, forecasts and the value of assets. The class will be offered from the 2026 spring semester.

Hansen was also recognized as a commercial review of Idaho in 2025 CEO of the influence winner. This prize recognizes business and non -profit managers of all Idaho for having constantly demonstrated leadership, integrity, values, commitment to solid excellence and diversity.
In addition to his industry experience, Hansen has training in education. He was an army coach for years and was coach and coach in various industries. The teaching of the real estate management course in the state of wood combines its passion for education with its knowledge of industry.
