Cincinnati – Cincy Sports Partners President and Executive Executive ADA Associate Ryan Holmes announced Thursday the completion of Cincy Sports Partners staff.
New additions to the team include Marc Brafman,, Korbin Florire,, Lionel Jackson,, Josh KingAnd Jason Strine.

From July 1, Cincinnati Athletics will bring a multimedia representation on rights (MMR). Cincy Sports Partners will serve as a sales and sponsorship department of bearcates, finalizing partnerships in fields such as student-athlete, unique fan experiences, radio programs, local and national advertisements, signaling of the arena and stadium, digital marketing and narration, etc.
Marc BrafmanDirector of corporate sponsorships
Brafman joined Cincy Sports Partners as director of corporate partnerships in March 2025. He had previously worked as an account manager at the University of Cincinnati IMG since November 2014 and in sponsorship sales at Kentucky Speedway and Feld Entertainment.
Brafman graduated from the University of Alabama in 1999 with a communication diploma.
Korbin FlorireDirector of partner services
Florire joined Cincy Sports Partners as director of partnership services in 2025 after seven seasons with the Bengals of Cincinnati. While with Bengals, she shared her time between corporate partnerships and business intelligence services. She was one of the consecutive races of the AFC championship and played a key role in the transition to Paycer Stadium.
Florire is a graduate of the Northern Kentucky University in 2020.
Lionel JacksonDirector of corporate partnerships
Jackson joins Cincy Sports Partners as director of corporate partnerships. It provides a multitude of experience from the medical apparatus and dental industries, having worked with high -level medical devices where it has played a key role in the management of sales teams, optimization of commercial strategies and expanding the presence on the market.
Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Cincinnati, where he was a student-athlete in the male football team from 2004 to 2007. He finished a management program with McKinsey & Company in 2024.
Josh KingPartner services manager
King joined Cinccy Sports Partners as director of partnership services after four seasons with FC Cincinnati, where he was the coordinator of partnership marketing. He was part of the shield race of the supporter of FC Cincinnati and played a key role in the Department’s Youth Cure.
King graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2022.
Jason StrineDirector of corporate sponsorships
Strine joined Cincy Sports Partners as director of partnerships after 12 seasons with the Reds of Cincinnati, during which he worked on many capacities focused on sales and the development of partnerships.
Strine graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a baccalaureate in 2012 and Xavier University with a master’s degree in 2013.
