On a new episode of Id the futureScientific writer David Klinghoffer reads his new book Revenge of Plato: the new science of intangible genomeNow available from Discovery Institute Press. This is a compact book, but it is the story of a very great idea, and which has the potential to inaugurate the next great revolution in biology.

As Klinghoffer reports in the introduction to Plato’s revengeSternberg’s work should change the predominant design of the genome: “Any familiar thought on the genome assumes that it is, of course, purely material: the twisted DNA shutters and some other physical structures in the cell … Sternberg goes further. are terribly inadequate to shape life from generation to generation.

Like our colleague, Dr Ann Gauger, said it about Sternberg’s thesis during the learning of this one years ago: “If it’s true, it changes everything.” Start discovering the new science of the intangible genome at the moment, so you are better prepared to share it with friends and family, and you will therefore better understand the book of Dr Sternberg detailing the idea when it comes out.
