Instead, he wakes up naturally between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. when he immediately counts his spine by suspending a traction bar.
He then lowers his morning concoction of lukewarm water, lemon and salt from the Himalayas.
Then, he prepares a daily meat stew – containing 34 different vegetables to ensure the diversity of intestinal microbiobiles. “I eat the same stew with my superveg puree four times a day, every day.
“And yes, it is the territory of employment with limits, but I do what is good, not what is easy,” he said. Dale then performs a robust WIM HOF breathing cocktail, a cold plunge in 3 degrees, a smoking whirlpool and a 45 -minute resistance training, before starting work. He attributes his first mornings for his work and his success for life. “You don’t need to be great to start, but you have to start being great,” he adds. “This early start gave me space to build a business, raise a family, stay in shape and keep your head clear.
“I haven’t been drinking alcohol for two years, but I had a lot before that and recreational drugs too, for some time. “I sometimes sniff my father’s beer or my partner’s wine and say:” Wow, it smells incredible “, I could take the smallest sip, but that’s it.” Dale, who is physically very healthy with a heart rate at 48, says that the system works.
“I could run a marathon tomorrow. You get what you are focusing on, so I focus on health, ”he explains. But he also has time to have fun, play golf three times a week with his father and son, go for regular acupuncture meetings and film his YouTube channel.

“I’m going to run on the beach or do breathing, but I also like to slow down. On Sunday, I’m going slowly,” he said. With a daily structure as punishing as intentional, Dale’s life may not be for everyone, but it is undeniable that it works for him. “You are rewarded in public for what you practice in private,” he says. “And it’s always a great day to be above the ground.”
