THE Ba online in business administration is taught by the same high quality faculty as courses in person at Cal State Fullerton Business and economy college. Recognized for the research and teaching of the meaning of the sense of sense, the many members of the faculty of the CSUF are remarkable for a quality and a stature.
One of these faculty members is Shaun Pichler, a management teacher, who obtained his doctorate in human resources and industrial relations management of Michigan State University. Pichler is a professor in the BA online program in business administration. His research on the diversity of the workplace, trends, in particular flexible planning and human resources management, won his studies in a coherent manner in best -classified journals.
Pichler taught human resources management since the creation of the online program in 2012. At the time, online education was the exception rather than the rule in higher education, and the CSUF program was remarkable for its flexibility. This added value continues today.
“Students can choose the time they want to spend interacting with the professor, when they want to engage the course equipment, and what a model they want to spend the most time, such as the conferences recorded in relation to organized readings,” said Pichler. “What I like most about online teaching is to be able to offer students flexibility and access while being available for students who exercise additional efforts in the course, for example by working in head to help them perform well in the course and in their careers.”
