A new project for mixed use in Glendale succeeded in its first obstacle to the municipal council Tuesday.
The council approved the rezoning of a 39 -acres site just in front of the Step Farm Stadium loop for a project called “Envision still”, which should include high density multifamilial housing, commercial uses and potentially hotels.
The project has not yet been associated with a developer. The owner is the owner is carrying Fields LLC, who traces an address in Yuma, according to the county of Maricopa. The Rezoning applicant was the city of Glendale.
