EXCLUSIVE: Television and film production sustainability The sector welcomes a new player.
Zsófia Szemerédy, formerly International Director of Bras focused on the Bafta environment, launched Strengthen entertainment point (LPE). Its Sustainability Agency Boutique based in London and Budapest aims to close the space between artistic vision and environmental responsibility in film, televised, commercial and entertainment production.
Szemerédy said that she was aimed at “helping industry to see sustainability not as a constraint, but as a creative force”.
As such, LPE will seek to help creatives and production companies to find their “leverage” for change by creating considerations of sustainability in narration and budgets. It will help decarbonization strategies and work with companies to revise their slates and policies concerning long -term sustainability practices.
Among other services, LPE will help integrate sustainability values into scripts through consultations and provide training groups, panels and courses for the creation of the creation industry. It will also help create lasting elements in financing applications and provide wider strategic advice.

In addition to working at Albert, Szemerédy was co-founder and CEO of a consulting firm specializing in sustainability.
