The largest union in the private sector in Canada says Hudson’s Bay has ended the wage commission for workers because the liquid company most of its stores.
Unifor says that its members have been informed that the commissions were eliminated on April 20 for the staff working in the cosmetics departments and those who earn additional species on sales of large tickets such as household appliances.
The union claims that these workers will be moved only to a basic salary, with Hudson’s Bay citing a reduction in stocks of products and sales as justification of the decision.

Hudson’s Bay did not immediately respond to a request for comments on the allegations of Unifor, which, according to the union, caused a grievance.
Two residents of Unifor represent approximately 595 HBC employees in Ontario stores in Windsor, Kitchener and Toronto, as well as workers from the company’s realization centers.
This decision comes as Hudson’s bay ends, all the stores, except six, and its SAKS SAKS companies, take place while its restructuring under the protection against the courts against the creditors continues.
