Mr. Franz joined the Estée Lauder companies of State Street, where he was recently executive vice-president, director of global information and responsible for business resilience. In this role, he directed global technology, business resilience and organizational data. An experienced framework with in -depth experience of technology, operations and business transformation, Mr. Franz brings a technological state of mind and a history of innovation in global companies, while keeping user experience and operational excellence at the center.
Before State Street, he held management positions at Diageo PLC, including the director of productivity and the IOC, and was CIO at Pepsico International. Earlier in his career, he held management positions at GE, notably Ge Capital and AT&T. Mr. Franz holds a master’s degree from New York University and a baccalaureate from Iona College.
