Hospitals, health insurers and insurance officers ask President Trump to pump the brakes on a regulation that would lead to millions of people who lose their health insurance.

This does not mean that the health care industry does not agree with all Trump’s proposals, which would make people more difficult for people to obtain health coverage thanks to the markets of the affordable care law. But at least the lobbyists urge the White House not to apply new rules before 2027 at the earliest, according to a review of public letters which were due this month.
