Public Health Services has a new mobile resource to help provide health services and information directly to local communities.

The last live bus live on Wheels (Live Wow) made its debut this month and will soon take the road. It widens the fleet of two live live WOW and a HIV, MST and live hepatitis recently added, which brings the total number to four mobile vehicles available for use.

The Winnebago Freightliner almost 12 feet long will serve as a public and scalable health resource, expanding the county’s ability to meet people where they are and offer a wide variety of programs and services to individuals in their own neighborhoods.

Live wows can be equipped to meet the needs of the community. Current uses aim to provide awareness of public advantages, provide information on educational health and give vaccinations.

The new Live Wow will have a particular accent on public health. It can be used to test transmitted diseases, such as hepatitis A, dengue and food of food. It can support on large -scale site surveys for tuberculosis and serve as a command and control vehicle for related tests.

The most recent live WOW can also be used for dental services, such as dental projections and seals. Other potential uses include response training for emergency public health. Live WOW would also be available to respond to natural or artificial disasters.

Since the first live WOW made its debut in July 2021, mobile offices have argued more than 1,400 community events in the region, offering more than 117,000 service interactions, including nearly 16,000 COVVI-19, FLUM and General Vaccinations vaccinations.

Live mobile vehicles on the county wheels are sent by the county and made available to the community for events.
