The United States Ministry said on Monday that he had billed a man whom he suspected of having carried out two criminal fire Attacks against the seat of the Republican Party of New Mexico and a Tesla dealer in the state.
The criminal complaint, dated April 12, accuses Jamison Wagner of criminal fire. No one was injured in any of the incidents.

The first criminal fire took place on February 9, at a Tesla dealership in Albuquerque and the second on March 30 at the headquarters of the Republican Party, also located in Albuquerque, according to La complating.
The investigators discovered graffiti on the republican party building which said: “Ice = KKK”, an apparent reference to American immigration and the application of customs.

At the Tesla dealer, investigators found graffiti with messages that were targeting Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, who currently conducts President Donald Trump’s efforts to considerably reduce government size by reducing programs, employees and, in some cases, entire agencies.
A message said “dying Elon” while another said “Die Tesla Nazi”.
Two Tesla Model vehicles were damaged in the fire, according to the complaint.
“We will pursue to the very extent that the law,” wrote the prosecutor General Pam Bondi on X. “We are looking for up to 40 years in prison.”
Bondi is committed to treating a wave of recent attacks on Tesla dealers and stations as a domestic terrorism, a decision that could potentially lead to more severe prison terms.
Robert Cekada, deputy director of the alcohol, tobacco, firearm and explosives office, said on Monday in a statement that special agents, certified fire investigators and legal medicine experts had worked “24 hours a day to gather evidence and arrest.
“We follow the evidence, we find the truth and we treat delinquents in justice,” he said.
According to the complaint, the investigators recovered evidence at Wagner’s home, including a white cardboard box with eight suspicious incendiary devices, black and red aerosol paint and a cardboard stencil that said “ICE = KKK”.
