Cincinnati – New stars join the Cincinnati Music Festival To replace Janet Jackson, which takes place on Thursday July 24 to Saturday July 26 and is presented by P&G.
The officials said that LL Cool J and Toni Braxton had now joined Saturday programs, replacing Jackson’s place after announcing She couldn’t play For personal reasons.
“While Janet Jackson is a real music icon and absolutely irreplaceable, we are delighted to welcome LL Cool J and Toni Braxton on Saturday evening at the Cincinnati Music Festival,” said Joe Santangelo, producer of the festival. “This year’s programming is a pure fire – timeless grooves of the earth, wind and fire to a sincere tribute to the legendary Frankie Beverly. Even if we have been launched a curve ball, I think it is the most full program that we have ever presented to our fans. We are so proud of where we land.”
The programming includes Thursday performance at the Andrew J. Brady Center, who include “A Tribute to Hip Hop Music with Scarface, Goodie Mob, Sugarhill Gang and Young Mc”.
Friday and Saturday performances will be at the Paycer Stadium and include:

Friday July 25: Earth, Wind & Fire and Anthony Hamilton, Jazmine Sullivan, PJ Morton and the Zapp group with a tribute to the King Records heritage with Dreion

Saturday July 26: LL Cool J, Toni Braxton, a special tribute to Frankie Beverly, with Jubu with special appearances by Ronald Isley, Joe, after 7 years, Dave Hollister and Raheem Devaughn. The programming on Saturday is Lucky Daye, 112 and the bar-kays
