Salt Lake City – Aalex Jensen and its new Utah basketball program have evolved recruitment after the construction of their staff. On Monday, they welcomed the four -star prospect Kelvin Odih on campus for an official visit.
Jensen made three other staff additions last week with Eric Daniels, Martin Schiller and Rico Sylvester who join the program. These additions provide a multitude of experience and connection to help Jensen in this complete reconstruction of Runnin ‘Utes basketball.
UTAH can start to increase its recruitment efforts with more staff. It starts this week because they will welcome visitors to the campus, starting with the ODIH.

Kelvin Odih arrived at Utah for an official visit
A four -star talent and a better 75 player in the 2025 class, Odih arrived in SLC for an official visit. Odih has played his senior season in California with Socal Academy. However, Utah’s deputy coach Raphael Chillious was his coach at South Kent School.
This relationship played a key role in the chances of Utah with the Odih. The first-rate prospect recently won Virginia-Western Virginia, opening the door to Chilious to recruit it in Utah.
With Chilious leading the efforts of the program, UTAH has become a first option for ODIH. Doing it on campus is important for Utah’s chances of obtaining their commitment.
Odih is a fantastic perspective thanks to its 6 -foot 4 inch and 190 pounds frame and its athletics. It has athletics as a dynamic presence at both ends of the soil. It can have an immediate impact on the defensive end of the soil. He is an aggressive defender who applies a lot of pressure on the ball to force the reversals.
His athletics meets a need on the offensive side, because UTAH must upgrade its athletics on the perimeter. Odih can get down and in the painting, finish over the edge with authority, and his jump shot improved from his first to a senior year.
Odih is a large target for Utah; He currently plans to visit Maryland after his official visit here, but perhaps UTAH can conclude the agreement.

Odih is a big visitor, but he is not the only one this week. Terrence Brown is also officially visiting today, and UTAH will host two other transfer portal visitors, who were both among the 75 best players in their classes.
