University network In Toronto, aims to attract 100 scientists at the start of a career, focusing on people whose research could fuel economic development.

“This is the opportunity before us today to ensure that the next world breakthroughs are starting not only here in Ontario, but also benefit Canadians first, also that they can create wonderful jobs, prosperity, a stronger tax plate and protect our most expensive program, our universal health care system.”
