Real estate expert and Tarek El Moussa reality star has made a transformer trip in recent years, and the results have been talking about themselves.
The HGTV star opened at Fox News Digital on how his new approach to life has not only changed his appearance, but also changed his state of mind.
El Moussa was radically transformed by his fitness trip to the point where the fans began to wonder if he had passed under the knife.

El Moussa closed speculation, explaining that she could not be further away from the truth.
“Many people have told me recently, I seem different, as if I have been undergoing plastic surgery, or I wear a toupet,” the star of “Flipping 101” told Fox News Digital laughing at rumors.
“But here is what I did. I grew up my hair, and about four years ago, I decided to start going to the gymnasium every day, not to get in shape or not to follow a diet, but to make it part of my lifestyle.”

The comments of the star of “Flip or Flop” come after sharing a photo of himself doing an intense training in the gymnasium. El Moussa was seen to exercise with a variety of gymnasium equipment, while he flexed and showed his muscle physician.

The real estate expert also strives to take his steps by walking and doing yoga.

El Moussa then spoke to Fox News Digital of his transformer fitness journey.
“I completely changed my lifestyle about four years ago, and I am so happy that I did it because I am now almost 44 years old, and I harvest all these advantages.”
While his transformation was a commitment to his health and well-being, his path to well-being It was not always a smooth navigation.
The reality TV star faced a terrifying diagnosis at the beginning of the thirties that changed everything.

El Moussa recalled the devastating moment that he learned that he was not only facing a form of cancer but two.
In 2013, he received a diagnosis of thyroid cancer, which was discovered after a fan noticed a bump on his neck during one of his shows and suggested seeing a doctor. Shortly after, he also received a diagnosis of testicles cancer.
“I was not only Diagnosed with cancerIt turned out at the start of the thirties, I had two cancers, “El Moussa told Fox News Digital.

“The frightening part for me was not to know if I was going to live or die, because at the time I was young, I had a family, I had my daughter, Taylor, and the most scary was not to know if I would be there to raise my baby.”
He added: “Fortunately, it’s been 10 years, I am in remission of the two cancers, I am booming, the children thrive and we did it.”
El Moussa announced that he was cancer without cancer in 2019.
While he was undergoing cancer treatments, her marriage to the woman from the time Christina Haack collapsed. Both announced their Split in 2016.
The former couple married for seven years before the finalization of their divorce in 2018.

El Moussa and Haack copare their two children and play in “The Flip Off” with his current wife, Heather. The HGTV reality TV show was created this year.

Now, the real estate expert is preparing for season 4 of his solo series, “Flipping 101”, and told Fox News Digital some of the challenges he was confronted.
“When reversing houses, there are always a million challenges of what to do, when doing it, interest rate changes, pending permits,” he said.

“But the challenges that I have been confronted with this season were similar to the challenges that I was confronted with during past seasons where almost the recruit fins know what they are doing better than Tarek El Moussa. So that makes a really fun TV show, because no matter how much experience I, people always think they know better.”
