The FBMM entertainment business management company has promoted Laura Beth Hendricks,, Ben Huddleston And ABBY LEVE Associate a business manager, all based at the company’s Nashville office.
“We are committed to developing the next generation of leaders and cultivating an environment where employees choose to develop their careers,” shares the owner of FBMM Jen Conger. “Abby, Ben and Laura Beth have each forged their own career path at FBMM, and the other owners and I are all looking forward to seeing them do so in this new role.”
Hendricks has held his CPA since 1996 and joined FBMM in 2010. She served as director of compliance and internal support and also worked with several customers. In his new role, Hendricks will be in full -time business management.
“I love the collaborative nature of FBMM, the customers I work with and the incredible experiences that accompany this work,” explains Hendricks. “FBMM has always supported my career path over the years and is the right time to spend this next step. This promotion is particularly significant for me when I celebrate 15 years at FBMM while the company celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. ”
Joining FBMM in 2016, Huddleston designed a team working with music leaders and individuals. The team creates individual plans for each accounting of customers and services, cash flows and tax planning, risk management and more.
“It is rewarding to play a role in a larger team of an artist who is responsible for putting music in the world,” adds Huddleston. “I am grateful to have found a career that combines my love for music with my financial history. I can’t wait to continue serving my customers and develop my team. ”

She has a wealth of knowledge for tours planning, budgeting and financial development and sees her customers at each stage of their career.
