The Patriots’ defensive line player, Christian Barmore, missed most of last season after receiving a diagnosis of blood clots, but the team feels good in their condition while they are preparing to start their off -season program.

Head coach Mike Trébel said on Monday that the team expects Barmore to participate in this work. Barmore was diagnosed with the clots last summer and missed 10 games before returning to make four appearances. He was closed after having experienced other symptoms of blood clots, but Trinel said that the team thought there was a good plan for the future.

“He jumped in the other day To see the doctors. When he entered the training room, just his energy and his presence, so I know he feels better, “said Trinel, via Mike Reiss from Espn.com.” We will continue to assess it. It is something very serious. We take the health of our players extremely seriously, especially when you talk about something like blood clots, and we will have an excellent plan for him. “”

The Patriots signed Barmore to a four -year contract extension a year ago in the hope of having it as a match on their defensive front. It did not go in 2024, but hopes are raised for better things this time.
