Google On Tuesday, announced health care updates to research, including a means for people with specific health problems to compare their experiences with others.
The company has unveiled a new feature entitled “What people suggest”, which uses AI to bring together patient comments from similar diagnostics. A patient suffering from arthritis would be able to find out how other people with the condition approach to the exercise, for example. Functionality is available on mobile devices in the United States, Google said.
Google said he had also widened his Knowledge panelsOr the information boxes that appear to the right of the search results, to cover “thousands” of additional health subjects. The panels arrive in new countries and languages, including Spanish, Japanese and Portuguese, from mobile devices.
The technology giant has launched several health care projects and features over the years, but it has been struggling to describe a coherent commercial strategy in the sector.
