The NCAA has launched a new video to broadcast throughout the shows of the male and female March Madness tournament, as well as in line, as part of the Line campaign. The new spot, entitled “Do not be a loser”, draws attention to the alarming prevalence of the abuse and harassment of actors in the face of angry fans who have lost a bet.
The new addition to the Draw the Line campaign is one of the many efforts in progress at the NCAA to respond to the rise of sports betting.
The new video was revealed during the first week of the male and female basketball championships in division I-the largest Paris event in the United States. These actions severely threaten mental health and the well-being of students.
