A woman who lost almost three -quarters of her body weight revealed the two lifestyle changes that fueled her epic fat burn.
Tanya Santiago, 31, weighed 42nd 12 pounds at the end of 2020 after being stuck in a cycle of “eating everything I could put my hand”.
