The project should take place in phases over the next 25 years.
Flagstaff Pouliam airport is delighted to announce the development of the Northern Arizona Technology Park on airport land belonging to the city. This cutting -edge shopping center covers about 31 acres adjacent to the airport at 456 W. John Wesley Powell Boulevard. Developed by Ginerra Enterprises, the park will promote collaboration in key industries, including bioscience, advanced manufacturing, aerospace and technology.
Designed to stimulate regional economic growth, the Northern Arizona Technology Park offers strategic land, offering companies a transparent transition to the dynamic and innovative ecosystem of Flagstaff. With full access to public services, the connectivity of fibers and a privileged location along the Interstate 17, the Park is an ideal setting for companies to develop and thrive.
Development aims to meet the expansion needs of the local economy by creating high -quality jobs and strengthening airport support services – while respecting and preserving the natural beauty and community values of the region.
As part of Flagstaff Pouliam airport, the Northern Arizona Technology Park has direct access to the I-17, I-40 and 89A. Under the terms of federal aviation administration policies, the ground rental and development agreement approved by the Flagstaff municipal council prohibits residential use. The project will present equipment that will benefit travelers and the local community, starting with phase I, the construction of a hotel, a restaurant and the initial office and research buildings. The objective of fleet facilities is to extend the Flagstaff science and technology industries, by devoting development to research, manufacturing, logistics and similar industries.
The president and chief executive officer of Ginerra Enterprises, Tim Kinney, stressed the importance of the project, declaring: “We are delighted to associate ourselves with the city of Flagstaff to develop one of the first sites in northern Arizona for the technological and scientific industries. Designed as a professional framework similar to a park, the Northern Arizona Technology Park will present the natural beauty of Flagstaff with a breathtaking view of the peaks of San Francisco. Development will include durable and carefully designed buildings, a large green space and direct access to the flagstaff urban trails and Fort Tukill Park – both from walking distance. In addition, with immediate access to Flagstaff Pulliam, Interstate 17 and Interstate 40 airport, this location offers unbeatable connectivity. »»
According to the agreement, Ginerra will develop public infrastructure and must complete a development plan within 30 months of the approval of March 2024. The project should take place in phases in the next 25 years. Fbn
