Ahsaa Super 7 Alabama High School football championships take place until 2028
Ahsaa Super 7 Alabama High School football champion sites are located until 2028, alternating between Birmingham and Mobile. Birmingham will welcome 2025.
The Temple of Sports Fame of the Alabama Lycée will welcome its 12 new enthronements of the promotion of 2025 on Monday March 10, 2025.
The enthronements were chosen from 60 appointments submitted by schools and organizations from the whole state. This new class includes coaches in all sports, administrators and contributors to the preparation of athletics in Alabama.
Among the winners is Meridy Lyle Jones, the female tennis coach in Ums-Wright, whose program set a state record with 11 consecutive state titles (2009-2019). Brent Hubbard, the current football coach and sports director of Tr Miller, will join his father, Jim Hubbert, who was inducted at the fame of fame in 2006.
The enthusiasts will be honored during a banquet at Montgomery Renaissance Hotel and Spa Convention Center on March 10, 2025. The banquet should start at 6 p.m. CT.
These new inducted enthusiasts will carry the total number of members of the renowned temple at 414. The first class of the Temple of Sports Fame of the Alabama Lycée was inducted in 1991.
