Norwegian cruise line (NCL) has announced four new original entertainment productions that will make its debut until September 2025 on nine ships in its fleet.

The new shows – “Red, White & British”, “Bring back the 90s”, “Icons: The Bands” and “Ignite The Night” – were developed in the creative studios of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings in Tampa, Florida, with contributions from acclaimed creative partners.

“NCL has long established the standard for the best entertainment at sea, with world class productions and high-level talents,” said Bryan A. White, vice-president of entertainment production for the Norwegian cruise line. “We are delighted to further improve the cruising experience of our customers by introducing even more exclusive original productions and by offering a wider range of entertainment options in our fleet.”

According to the company, the new entertainment strategy is based on consumer ideas and customer comments. New productions will focus on captivating stories, recognizable music and visual shows. The programming model will expand offers beyond the main theater to offer customers better access to entertainment.

“Icons: The Bands” will make its debut on board the Norwegian again on March 30, 2025, during a sail of Panama Canal, followed by the Norwegian escape on May 25, 2025. The production will present the casting of nine people from the program “Choir de Man”.

“IGNITE THE NIGHT”, choreographed by “Dancing with the Stars” The professional dancer Britt Stewart, will be presented on Norwegian Jewel during her March 2, 2025 Caribbean by sailing from Tampa, Florida, before later starting on the veils of Gem Norwegian Canada and New England.

Beyond these main productions, NCL adds more entertainment in its ships with “mini moments of More”-spontaneous performance pop-ups occurring daily in various places, including areas by the pool, dining rooms and atriums.
