For more than a century, Bentley has been reinventing commercial education to meet the needs of a global market in constant evolution. Recognizing that technological innovation is a commercial imperative, the university began to provide laptops to all students in 1985 and created a cutting -edge shopping room in 1997, giving students access to advanced and real -time financial technologies. In the years that followed, Bentley has continued to integrate technology, including blockchain, automatic learning, artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual and augmented reality (VR and AR) in its courses and life on campus.
Today, Bentley continues this investment in the future by going forward with an ambitious and revolutionary project for Reimagine The Adamian Academic Center. Once finished, this new cutting edge center for teaching and practical learning will focus on technology, innovation, entrepreneurship and interdisciplinary collaboration.
“As a leading business university in this age of innovation, Bentley must provide more knowledge than knowledge,” explains President E. Labrent Chrite. “We must also empower them with advanced tools and resources to navigate and shape the commercial border of tomorrow.”
The transformation of Adamian will be the cornerstone of the technological, innovation and entrepreneurship of the university. This entirely renovated and modernized university center will offer dedicated spaces where each member of the community can innovate and do their best. Improved work areas for teachers and gathering spaces for students will be designed to promote creativity and collaboration between the fields of study. In addition, the new Adamian center will be anchored by signature spaces that allow exploration at the intersection of business, technology and innovation. Many key university centers will be integrated into a central collaboration and innovation center that will benefit all students and teachers.
“Our technological, innovation and entrepreneurship initiative will allow our faculty to continue innovating in class, going from a” sage on stage “model to a” guide on the side “by prioritizing experiential learning, based on projects” Paul TeslukProvost and vice-president of academic affairs. “Adamian improvements will guarantee that Bentley teams our students from resources, academic training and immersive learning experiences that prepare them to stimulate a positive change in their industries and in society.”
