The Olympiad of Sciences is a competition involving a wide variety of competitions in science and technology coordinated by teachers and students in several university departments. This year, representatives of the Mathematics departments of FHSU, biological sciences, chemistry, geosciences, physics and the College of Education met to coordinate this event.

Competitions are divided into two divisions (division B for colleges and division C for high schools). This year school winners include:

Division B

Division C

  1. Third place – Palco
  2. Second place – Sacré -Coeur
  3. First place – Goodland

“FHSU scientific Olympiad is more than just competition; This is an opportunity for young minds to explore their passion for science, to engage in the practical resolution of problems and to draw inspiration from real STEM applications, “said Dr. Soumya Bhoumik, professor of mathematics. “It also provides a platform to test them at the regional level so that they are better prepared for the State or the national level.
