Boston, February 24, 2025: Morgan Lewis represents the National Grid PLC in an agreement to sell national renewable renewal activities of the company’s grid in Brookfield Asset Management and its institutional partners, including Brookfield Renewable Partners.
National Grid is a global energy company operating in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. National renewable energies develop, build, have and operate storage assets on the scale of public, solar, land and battery storage with 1.8 gigawatts (GW) in operation and 1.3 GW under construction.
