A man was charged in a pair of strange attacks not caused in Surrey, British Columbia, earlier this month, police said.
The two attacks took place shortly before 11:30 am on February 9 in a 7-Eleven out of 120 Street nearly 64 avenue, the Surrey police announced in a press release.
According to police, the suspect began to physically assault an employee of the company, when a passer -by tried to intervene and was attacked with what the police, at the time, said that she was thinking of being a knife.
“The employee stored the shelves and suddenly was mainly physically attacked by this person,” said Surrey police spokesperson. Lindsey Houghton said.
“The good Samaritan, the other type of client who was in 7-Eleven at the time intervened and it was then that they were reduced.”

The passer -by was treated in the hospital for his injuries but survived.
Surrey police said they identified the suspect, who was arrested in Delta on Saturday with the local police and the integrated emergency intervention team.

Ja-Dev Singh Sangha is currently facing accusations of assault with a serious weapon and assault.
Judicial files show that he has already been convicted of an assault in Surrey in 2017 and was sentenced to a conditional sentence of six months with 18 months of probation.
