In addition, the M&L cabinets did not pay the wardrobes ordered from a supplier.
The assignments to appear financial files revealed that between August 2022 and January 2023, Nobles used his business credit card in the Casinos de Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas and cruise ships on board.
For five months, he billed about $ 220,000. During the same period, Anderson made ATM purchases and withdrawals totaling about $ 90,000 using its company credit card. Throughout this period, Nobles and Anderson continued to perceive payments from customers.
