Devils Lake 2, Fargo South-Shanley 1

Devils Lake – Logan Stokke of Devils Lake scored the winner of the match at 20 seconds in overtime against Fargo South -Shanley Thursday in Burdick Arena.

The teams played an aimless equality for two periods, but Weston Nelson de Devils Lake pierced with a potential goal at 4:58 am from the third period on a decisive pass from Jackson Schumacher.

The Foster Lord of South-Shanley responded with a power of play in power at 11:52 am on the assists of Aaron Meyer and Adrian Fillipi.

Nelson and Weston Stromme obtained the assists on the winner of Stokke.

The South-Shanley goalkeeper, Jack Furstenau, made 20 stops and Brody Forsberg of DL arrested 27 of the 28 shots.

South-Shanley is now 4-9-0-3 in the Eastern region and 7-13-1 in total. Devils Lake is 7-9-0-0 in the East region and 8-13-0 in total.

WF United 3, Fargo Davies 2

West Fargo – Reaghan Mathias scored a minute in overtime and West Fargo United ahead of Fargo Davies on Thursday at the West Fargo Sports Arena.

Davies took an advance of 2-0 when Elise Knapp scored at 3:52 am from the third period on a decisive pass from Kailey Ottmar and Lucy Grothman scored at 8:30 am on a decisive pass from Eller Wilcox.

United equaled the match when Mathias scored at 9:43 am on the assists of Riley Ruud and Emerson Diede and Payton Storing marked with 49 seconds to play in the regulations on a decisive pass by Reegan Bents.

The Eagles Megan Suppes goalkeeper made 22 stops and Adison Houkom arrested 24 of the 26 shots.

Davies is now 7-10-1-3 in the league and 8-13-1 in total. United is now 11-8-0-0 in the league and 11-9-0 in total.

Moorhead Park Christian 79, New York Mills 38

New York Mills – Moorhead Park Christian exceeded New York Mills in a conference match on Thursday.

Park Christian now has 18-4 in total. New York Mills is now 7-14-1 in total.

WF Sheyenne 60, Fargo Shanley 55

West Fargo – West Fargo Sheyenne dominated Fargo Shanley in an eastern Dakota conference match on Thursday.

Shanley fell to 6-7 in the EDC and 7-11 in total while Sheenne improved at 8-4 in the EDC and 8-8 in total.

Wahpeton 50, Fargo Oak Grove 41

Fargo – Wahpeton beat Fargo Oak Grove in a region’s match on Thursday.

Wahpeton improved at 5-5 in region 1 and 9-10 in total. Oak Grove fell to 5-6 in regions 1 and 9-11 in total.

New York Mills 58, Moorhead Park Christian 53

Moorhead – New York Mills dominated Moorhead Park Christian 10-5 in overtime to win a victory without a conference on Thursday.

Ashlynn Forde of Park Christian scored 20 points and Libby Suckert had 15 points and eight interceptions. Annika Johnson and Cierra Carlson both scored eight points. Kaycee Endreson managed nine rebounds and five assists.

Alya Olson scored 32 points to lead mills in New York.

New York Mills improved at 18-5 in total. Park Christian now has 14-8 in total.

NDSU drops a game of games in challenge

Porerto Vallarta, Mexico – The state of northern Dakota abandoned two games on Thursday at Puerto Vallarta College Challenge.

Boisse State beat the Bison 8-0 in six rounds and the Indiana slaughtered NDSU 10-0 in five rounds.

During Thursday’s first game, Brook Thompson de Boisse State launched a hitting, walking one and withdrawing four. She is now 3-0.

Jasmyn Yessian had the two bisons.

Against Indiana, the Hoosiers scored 10 points out of 11 strokes, taking advantage of five bison errors.

Star Cortez and Bella Dean had both strokes of the Bison.

The Bison has a 3-4 file in total and plays Florida International at 1 p.m. Friday, February 14 at challenge.
