The wide receiver of the Philadelphia Eagles, AJ Brown, is applauded for its plea in mental health. Brown was very open to his difficulties with depression and that doctors say that his message of hope gives an important example.
Mental Health America has one Publish on Instagram Thanking Brown for talking about mental health.
“Do not be afraid to ask for help, you know, because someone was there for me, and you know, finally saved my life,” said Brown on the media day before the great Bowl Lix.

The Eagles playmaker was opened to the fight against depression – in 2021, revealing that he considered suicide.
“It was a dark moment a year ago when I thought of taking my life that I want to share and help others,” said Brown in 2021.
Months later, Brown was exchanged at Eagles and agreed with a 100 million dollars contract over four years.
“For Aj Brown to say that I am human, I have moments when I might not be to my best or I feel anxious or sad where I need support, it’s really encouraging,” a Declared Philadelphia’s psychologist, Dr. George James.
James, the founder of George TalksApplauds Brown to have distinguished the emotional difficulties shared by millions.
“It is just human that we have ups and downs, we have times when we are anxious, sad and depressed moments,” said James. “How does it help others? When someone like Aj Brown says that is what I did, there is a young child somewhere who says:” Maybe I should do the Same thing. “”
James says that the search for help is the first critical step to solve emotional problems, even for tall hard -likes like Brown.

“Your body cannot go there unless your brain does it. You have to say and do everything you need to do,” said Brown before the Super Bowl.
Brown even continues his self-help during the games by reading the book “Interior excellence“By Jim Murphy.
“Altruism is intrepid, that’s something we can all use,” Murphy said in an interview after Brown was seen while reading the book On the touch in the playoffs.
The Super Bowl champion gives an important example on and out of the field, and quickly became a hero in Philadelphia.
