Raymond Lifestyle LTD announced that their director general and member of the board of directors, Sunil Kataria, had resigned to pursue personal aspirations outside the company. The regulatory file has confirmed that the board of directors had accepted its resignation and will soon start the search for a new CEO. To ensure the continuity of activities and a transparent transition, executive president Gautam Hari Singhania, as well as the existing management team, will supervise operations in the interval.
