Waite Park’s edge amphitheater will return for its fifth season this summer and have already announced several programs on its calendar.
The edge will host 12 shows already confirmed this summer with 15 other possible options currently underway, said Chris Fritz, president of the Ledge’s Entertainment entertainment promoter.
“We are trying to be quite diverse,” he said. “We are trying to call on the surroundings. … Due to the support we get from communities, it works.”

The season of this summer begins on June 8 with a concert of 7:30 p.m. from the Country group Alison Krauss & Union Station, with Jerry Douglas. The Krauss concert is followed by a chicago concert on June 12, where the group will play an extended show which presents all its successes.

The Alternative Rainbow Kitten Surprise rock group will also perform on the outside site on August 3. The group is associated with the non -profit organization Plus1 to donate portions of tickets to organizations supporting LGBTQ +mental health care, as well as the FIRES FIRS more 1 for people affected by recent fires from forest to Los Angeles.
Later in August, the edge will organize a land concert, Wind & Fire at 7 p.m. The tickets of August 10 will be available for the presale Wednesday and the general sale from Friday. The GOO GOO dolls and the dashboard confessional will visit at the place at 7:00 p.m. August.
The Oktoberfest of the edge, LedGetober, should return to the room on October 4. More details and tickets will be sold in February. LEDGETOBER will present beer samples, live music and other activities.
More details on the summer route are not yet available, as Fritz said it was linked to certain agreements with artists who dictate when concerts can be announced.
However, he said six other shows should be announced and on sale in February, the full season probably available in March.
“There will be a lot of fun surprises because there are a lot of very good acts to come,” he said.

This year, music fans can also enjoy a larger VIP section and new box seats, said Fritz, because the place expects an increased number of visitors.
“We are there for the artists, and we are definitely there for the fans,” said Fritz. “We must make sure that everyone is happy, and everyone who enters a great experience, comes out with even a better.”
The Rimer amphitheater, located at 1700 Parkway Dr. in Waite Park, opened its doors in 2021. It can accommodate up to 6,000 people for its outdoor events. In addition, it offers free parking for events.
