The estate, which was renovated in 2009, includes six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a guest house with a wine cellar, a gym, a office, a games room and a private cinema .

The sale of the property occurs while Paltrow adapts to a “nester” lifestyle. Her two children, Apple, 20, and Moses, 18, recently moved by attending the University – Apple at Vanderbilt University and Moses at Brown University.

Paltrow expressed his sorrow about this transition, noting the emotional impact he had on her. She shared in interviews that, even if it is a natural part of life, she experiences waves of sadness, because the independence of her children signals a new phase of her life.

Paltrow, married to Brad Falchuk, also finished building a new house in Montecito, where she resides with her husband.

Despite the sadness of her children who grow up, she and Martin, who separated in 2014, continue to copar amicably. Martin also talked about the gentle nature to see his children become more independent.
