For decades, businesses have struggled to capture and integrate data into their decision-making. Despite prolonged efforts, results have been decidedly mixed. Last year, only 37% of companies reported that their efforts to improve data quality were successful. But recently, something important has changed: Generative AI has driven increased interest and investment in data quality and broader data capabilities. After all, good AI relies on quality data.
