Window buyers, families and pleasure navigation lovers are invited to see more than 200 ships and 150 exhibitors showing the latest and best equipment and accessories at the 52nd International Nautical Salon in Newport Beach from Thursday, May 1.
The event takes place at the Lido Marina Village, and the organizers await up to 20,000 participants during the four -day show. A fleet of some of the best boats that money can buy will be exposed alongside live music and elite culinary experiences.
“The show is for everyone,” said Hany Ghabour, co-founder of the event organizer, Revel Republic. “We answer and create different high experiences so that the family can enjoy all day in the show, which is one of the biggest differences from what they were in the past.”
Boats ranging from 30 to 191 feet in length will be presented. The Alexander Marine, Sun Country Marine Group, Silver Seas, Denison Yachting and Seanet yacht dealers will organize some of the most important exhibitions on this year, said Ghabour.
The general entry is $ 30 a day, or $ 80 for a pass on weekends. This includes access to the Mercury Racing garden, a pop-up area where visitors can find snacks, beers and a soft lawn playground for children.
“Last year, it was so incredible to get out of the show and see children running with bubbles everywhere,” said Ghabour.
The opening day offers a VIP celebration on the Lido bridge in the village of Marina, with cocktails and Nobu outlets as well as live music. Tickets for this cost $ 145 and include access to the nautical show that day. The additional VIP plans programmed throughout the show will also include gastronomy and entertainment; The organizers held the details of these offers close to the vest before the event.
“We want it to be a surprise to make the experience even more special,” said Ghabour. “I think they will find more value than expected.”
This is the third year Revel Republic welcomed the nautical show. Ghabour said that the support of the city of Newport Beach, in particular its port department, was an integral part of the reception of one of the biggest navigation lifestyles in the United States
“The city of Newport Beach has only been incredible things for us,” he said. “”
