5 steps to stimulate women’s participation in technology.

1. Create mentorship and training programs: Mentorship programs help reduce obstacles and expand opportunities for women who wish to enter the field to develop more quickly.

2. Promote a more flexible working environment: Politicians such as flexible working hours and childcare assistance are crucial to support women, especially mothers, to advance their careers.

3. Ensure a safe and inclusive environment: Cirion has developed a reception protocol for employees victims of domestic violence, which will be launched in March, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, celebrated on 8.
