In the East, the Pacers are back in the conference final for the second consecutive year after having released the best classified riders in the second round. They will face the Knicks, who eliminated the champion reigning Boston Celtics in match 6 of their match on Friday evening. The Pacers have not made the NBA final since 2000, when they beat the Knicks in the East final. The Knicks have not won the east since 1999 … when they beat the Pacers in the East final.
