Some 17,000 customers are still without electricity more than a week after a powerful spring storm encrusted from the parts of the Central and the East Ontario with ice.
The Map of the Hydro One panels shows that most of them are in the regions of Peterborough and Georgian Bay, both harshly affected by the ice storm of March 30.
